Everyone on our staff has installed, replaced, and worked hands on with projector lamps, making their expertise and product knowledge unmatched. We encourage you to call us, ask questions and make sure that you’re comfortable before making your important purchase.
#2 - We have world class and phenomenal troubleshooting processes in place to make sure your shopping experience is beyond compare, even when things go less than smooth. For example, if you’ve ordered or received the wrong lamp, your projector lamp is damaged in shipping or your lamp doesn’t work we have a second to none exchange process to make sure you get the problem fixed and a new lamp is shipped to you within 24 hours of calling us about the problem.
#3 - We guarantee that you will always be able to reach a customer service representative between the hours of 9AM – 5PM MST. If you are not able to get a hold of us, we will discount your purchase and the next purchase you make after that. We know that there is nothing more frustrating than calling an online company and not being able to talk to a human being.
#4 – We answer every email we receive within 24 business hours and often if you’re inquiring about purchasing a lamp, you will receive a response from us immediately.
#5 – We use common sense when making decisions about guarantee status, availability, and shipping times. We are always going to be upfront with you when a projector lamp is not in stock and we will always make our best effort to contact you if there is a delay in shipping your projector lamp.
